By playing with composition and texture, I deepened the look of the eye with a look of imagination, and gave a material such as a black plastic bag the depth of endless restless water.

No need for Restoration of Eternity I
The initial concept behind this artwork was practical, aimed at addressing the issue of disposing of a large quantity of plastic bags. Additionally, it serves as a response to consumerism and the accumulation of unnecessary items that contribute to environmental pollution and clutter our personal and mental space. The knitting reveals QR codes and barcodes, but within this complex pattern, their identity and authenticity become obscured.

Consumerism and fast fashion.
This artwork was created during an artist residency in Zadar, Croatia. Unlike in Montenegro, people in Croatia reduced using of plastic bags. That also can be noticed in this artwork, where I first started with plastic bags, but then over time I had to adapt, so I continued with various textile waste.
